Requirements to Work with Us:

To maintain quality, safety, and legal compliance, we work only with licensed and insured subcontractors who meet Ontario’s construction regulations. Therefore, before onboarding, the following documentation and qualifications are required:

• A valid trade license under Ontario laws (based on your scope of work)
• WSIB coverage or a valid WSIB clearance certificate
• General liability insurance (minimum required coverage as per CCDC standards)
• Proof of compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)
• Registration with the Ontario College of Trades (if applicable)
• Agreement to sign our standard CCA 1 – 2021 Stipulated Price Subcontract
